Stour Valley Community School is seeking to appoint a teacher of Science from September 2018. The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher with the drive and capacity to really thrive in this role to make a significant difference. Salary:  Band 3 £17,772 pro rata / £14,429 per annum

Hours: 34.5 per week / 40 weeks per year

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly competent administrator with excellent inter-personal skills to be the first point of contact in the school.  You will be expected to deal effectively with a wide range of enquiries from visitors, parents, staff and pupils.

We are looking for someone with:

  • excellent organisational skills
  • competency in using ICT, Word and Excel
  • flexibility, self-motivation and the ability to multi-task and demonstrate good time management skills
  • a professional appearance with a friendly, helpful and welcoming manner
  • first aid training with the ability to deal with pupils who are unwell (training will be provided if required).
  • positive attitude
  • committed to working within a Multi Academy Trust

Knowledge of the School Information Management Systems (SIMS) would be desirable.
