Trust Business Manager

Place of Work – Stour Valley Community School, Cavendish Road, Clare, CO10 8PJ

Salary range – £33,734 – £37,025 actual salary per annum

Job term – 37 hours per week, 40 working weeks per annum

Appointment – Permanent

Stour Valley Educational Trust Limited is a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) comprising Stour Valley Community School and Clare Community Primary School.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, qualified and experienced Business Manager. You will be forward thinking and innovative and, as part of the Senior Leadership Team, will work closely with the CEO and Headteachers across the MAT.

You will have a strong financial background with previous successful experience of planning and delivering budgets and managing projects and people. You will take a strategic lead in the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial, human resource, health and safety and premises aspects of the Trust. Leading a team of 14 staff you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all back-office operations which support the teaching and learning activities of the Trust.
