Headteacher's Welcome

This is a school where everyone is valued and we pride ourselves on our caring and nurturing ethos. We aim to provide a well-rounded educational experience for each child. We have high academic aspirations for pupils, including pupils who require additional support. We have an emphasis on creativity and offer a breadth of experiences to pupils. We have an ambitious and well-designed curriculum which supports pupils at each level.

Our Facilities

We are very fortunate to be housed in a modern and well-equipped facility, which was extended and completely refurbished in 2010; and benefits from spacious, carefully designed and laid-out classrooms, and a large school hall. Outside we have a generous school field, school pond and a wooded area, as well as two playgrounds with play equipment and a trim trail. We are situated within a quiet and secluded corner of the 17th century market town of Clare, backing onto ancient common lands.
